About millions of people suffer daily dryness and eye fatigue as a result of frequent use of computers and electronic devices, especially in offices where lighting or ventilation conditions are not adequate. However, according to international studies, seven out of 10 adults assume the symptoms of visual fatigue as “normal” as the population has become accustomed to the consequences of a digital lifestyle.
Some of the symptoms that the eyes suffer after spending at least two hours in front of electronic devices, due to prolonged exposure to their bright light and the reflections of the screen are dryness, tiredness, difficulty focusing, blurred vision and redness. In addition, visual fatigue can create physical discomfort, headache, neck, shoulders and back as well as contribute to lost productivity, slowness and stress.

Reflections should also be avoided and the focus and illumination of the lens should be adjusted correctly, and the screen should always be kept clean so that clarity is not reduced. It is also important to take care of body posture.
